PROBLEM
Colour print-outs / photos etc coming out of the printer with an excessive hue of red - blue - green.
Again this is a printhead problem/out of one of the colours?
If your printer has the printhead in the machine and has seperate ink tanks then just replace the empty cartridge. If you still have a problem then there could be air in the line from the ink tank to the printhead - we would suggest you take out the ink tank again - as you replace the tank gently squeeze the middle of the tank with thumb and forefinger until a small drop of ink appears then introduce the tank to its chamber with the ink to the point of contact. DO NOT SQUEEZE TANK EXCESSIVELY!
With cartridges that have the printhead built in I'm afraid its 'a new tri-colour cartridge needed' As we have said all the colours do not run down equally and when one has run out usually the yellow first the printer tries to carry on printing with in this case, black /cyan/ and magenta - without the yellow you will have seen the results.(the picture shows how to imerse the printhead in a small dish of boiling water)
