PROBLEM
Epson printer doesn't recognise ink cartridge after installation:
(trusting you haven't touched the chip with your bare hands as this causes grease to be deposited on it) take it out and reinstall it again. Should the printer fail to recognise the ink cartridge again then using our returns policy please return to us for a replacement.
However - after the new ink cartridge is installed and starts printing, the computer will give a warning: The installed ink cartridges differ from the original EPSON ink cartridges for printer. Your printouts may be different from those printed by using original EPSON ink cartridges. Do you want to continue using the currently installed ink cartridges? Click the command of YES, the compatible ink cartridges won't affect the quality of your printout or damage your printer! DON'T WORRY WHEN USING! Any other problems then please email us.
