In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a product you've received from us, please:

  • e-mail or telephone us for a returns number and telling us the exact nature of your complaint
  • repackage in the original box
  • include a sample of the print quality
  • include your name, address and account/telephone number.


Should you have mistakenly ordered goods in error and feel you want to return them then please email us stating the invoice number and your internet order number clearly and briefly telling us of the mistake. You will then be issued with a returns number that you must clearly mark on the front of the package to be returned. The product(s) to be returned must be in a saleable condition and must still be in its unopened original packaging and must not have been used. Upon receipt of the product(s)back in our offices in the condition asked for you will be given a full credit less 15% to cover restocking and administration costs! The cost of returning the goods has to be your responsibility.Should the product(s) not be in a resaleable condition you will be informed by email and the goods returned to you.You will also have 2.5% deducted from the amount to be refunded if it is to be refunded back to a credit card.

Delivery

We dispatch all orders within 3 working days (and usually within 1 working day). Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

If you place an order with us and don't receive your product(s) within 4 working days please call us on 08454 303132 (local rate)

In the event of non-delivery we will send out another parcel, but you must:

  • Contact us to confirm the delivery address and date sent
  • Contact your local sorting office to see if the parcel is being held there. (For your local depot call Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740 740)
  • Be prepared to sign a form declaring that you have not received the parcel.


A false claim could result in criminal prosecution. If the parcel should turn up after a prolonged period of time you should contact us immediately and return the goods.
